We retain worker applicant data for up to 24 months following your last interaction with us, or for the duration required by applicable law in relation to active placements.

Employer data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a period of 5 years thereafter for legal and compliance purposes.

You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
